Deliverables I expect:

Acceptance criteria:
• All content must be written in clear, jargon-free English and formatted so it can be imported easily into a learning platform like Moodle or Storyline if needed
• Activities must reflect adult learning theory (practical application, reflection, real-world scenarios)
• Final files delivered in editable formats (DOCX, PPTX, or equivalent)
