Adobe InDesign Template for Course Brochures

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a professional and reusable Adobe InDesign template for our course brochures / course information documents.

We have attached two reference documents:

1. Our existing course brochure: this should primarily be used as a reference for our brand identity, colours and the type of content that needs to be included.
2. A design example: this represents the visual direction we would like to move towards.

We would like the new template to feel significantly more modern, refined and editorial than our current brochure, with the attached example serving as the main inspiration for the overall layout, typography, use of whitespace, imagery and presentation of course content.

We are not looking for a direct copy of the example. The goal is to create something with a similar level of quality and visual approach, adapted to our own brand identity, colours and typography.

The required fonts will be provided.

The template will be used for two main types of courses:

-Instructor-led / location-based courses
-Online courses structured into modules and lessons

Our existing brochure shows the type of information we typically need to present, including course introduction, key information, course content, locations, practical information, preparation, schedules, FAQs and learning objectives.

For online courses, we particularly like the module-based presentation in the attached design example, where each module has a clear visual structure with module number, title, duration, description, learning outcomes and information about the content included in the module.

We would like a similar approach incorporated into our template and adapted to our visual identity.

Template requirements

The InDesign template should be flexible and easy for us to reuse internally across different courses.

It should include suitable layouts for content such as:

- Cover page
- Course introduction / overview
- Key course information such as duration, level and delivery format
- Course content and benefits
- Course locations and practical information
- Preparation / before, during and after the course
- Course schedule / programme
- Frequently asked questions
- Learning objectives
- Online course overview
- Module overview / section divider
- Individual online course modules
- Image-focused pages and layouts where appropriate

The designer is encouraged to use the attached design example as inspiration for how these different types of information can be presented in a clean, premium and contemporary editorial style.

InDesign setup

This is intended to be a reusable working template, not just a one-off brochure.

Deliverables

- Editable Adobe InDesign file (.INDD)
- Any custom graphic assets created for the template
- Clearly organised styles and page layouts

The final result should combine the modern, high-end editorial feel of the attached example with our existing brand identity, while remaining practical for us to update and reuse for future courses.
