I’m looking for a hands-on document control specialist who has already navigated ADNOC’s stringent documentation workflows on previous projects. The scope centres on an ongoing HVAC package here in the UAE and I need someone who can jump straight in without a learning curve.

Day-to-day you will take ownership of three critical streams:

• Materials submittals – compiling, formatting and tracking until final approval
• Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) – creating, updating and circulating in line with ADNOC standards
• Method statements – drafting, revising and issuing, ensuring every change is logged for audit

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word for templates, Excel for registers, PowerPoint for any quick presentations) is essential, as that’s what the team already uses. If you happen to be comfortable with SharePoint or any other DMS, that’s a bonus, but the core requirement is fast, accurate work inside the Office suite.

Success for me means:
• All documents carrying the correct ADNOC reference numbers, revision codes and signatures
• A live register that shows real-time status for every submittal, ITP and method statement
• Zero overdue comments or pending approvals at weekly progress reviews

If you have the ADNOC experience and can commit to producing clean, audit-ready documentation from day one, let’s talk.
