I am preparing to lift bulk materials on an ADNOC site and need a complete, submission-ready lifting plan built around crane operations. The document must satisfy every clause of the current ADNOC CoP for Lifting & Hoisting as well as the relevant UAE and international standards so that it can pass review without revision.
You will work from the site information, load data and crane capacities I provide, then develop the technical package that ADNOC expects.
Deliverables
• General lifting plan on the official ADNOC template in both editable and PDF formats
• Rigging study with load calculations, crane configuration charts and exclusion-zone drawings (AutoCAD or similar)
• Task-specific HIRA / JSA covering all bulk-material handling hazards
• Pre-lift inspection checklists for the crane and rigging gear
• Toolbox talk brief and sign-off sheet for the crew
Acceptance criteria
• All calculations traceable and within ADNOC safety factors
• Drawings clear, scaled and labeled with load paths, radii and ground-bearing pressures
• Language and section order match the ADNOC submission format exactly
• File set passes ADNOC reviewer feedback on the first round
If you have recent success obtaining ADNOC approval for crane-based material handling plans, I would like to see a sample page or redacted letter of acceptance along with your bid.
