Add Noon & Extra Scrapers -- 2

TECHNICAL DETAILS:
- Platform: Flask (Python 3.10+)
- Deployment: Render.com
- Scraper service: Apify API (Starter plan, paid)
- Working providers: amazon_provider.py + apify_provider.py
- Files to fix: noon_provider.py, extra_provider.py
- Actors already tested and WORK in Apify Console:
* Noon: memo23/noon-scraper
* Extra: boring_internet_explorer/extra-scraper
- Problem: Python API calls don't match Actor inputs
- Test case: "iphone 15" should return 20+ products each
- Reference: amazon_provider.py is a working example

DELIVERABLES:
- Fixed noon_provider.py
- Fixed extra_provider.py
- Screenshot proof of both returning 20+ products
