Add EIP for Faster ZIP

I already run a terminal ZIP utility on Windows, and it does its job well. The task now is to weave in an EIP layer so the same command-line “terminal zip” workflow keeps working but the overall speed—measured in pure milliseconds—drops significantly.

You will receive the current source/binary plus sample archives. Your role is to analyse the bottlenecks, introduce EIP (whether that means a new library, multithreading, hardware-assisted calls, or any smarter technique you recommend), and return a version that produces identical archives while completing the job faster.

Deliverables
• Optimised ZIP solution with EIP integrated and ready for Windows terminal use
• Before-and-after benchmark in milliseconds proving the speed gain
• Brief build/run notes so I can replicate the result
