I am studying an exercise psychology unit and have a project due where I need to interview someone. They suggest a family member or friend, but I don't have anyone available.
I have written a script. The main focus is on me. I just need someone who can be the interviewee and respond to my questions as scripted in the most natural way... so it doesn't seem like it's a script!
It will be a zoom video call format and the recorded interbvew is the submission.
I need a female as the character you will play is:
Case 1: Time-poor new parent with low back discomfort Allegra is a 30-year-old Australian who recently returned to part-time work after having her first baby. She describes constant time pressure, irregular sleep, and feeling “stiff through my lower back and hips” since pregnancy. Most days she walks short distances with the pram but hasn’t done structured exercise for months. She wants to feel more energetic, move more freely when lifting and carrying her baby, and “get back to feeling like myself again.” Allegra is upbeat but admits to feeling embarrassed about her current fitness and unsure where to start. She’d prefer simple options she can do at home during nap windows or short breaks at work. She values feeling competent and supported, and she lights up when talking about being active with her child outdoors.
I need to get this done asap.
Thanks
