Actor Headshot Photography Session

I’m booking a studio session to update my acting portfolio and need a photographer who specialises in both theatrical and commercial headshots. The shoot will take place indoors in a professional studio, using a clean, plain backdrop so the focus stays on expression and character.

For the theatrical shots I’m after moodier, more dramatic lighting, while the commercial looks should feel bright and approachable. I’ll arrive with wardrobe options for each style; your guidance on subtle styling tweaks and posing will be appreciated.

I expect a streamlined workflow—tethered capture is fine—so we can review images on-site and adjust quickly. After the shoot, I’d like lightly retouched, colour-corrected finals delivered in high-resolution JPEG plus web-ready crops suitable for Casting Networks and Actors Access. A quick turnaround on proofs is important as I’m submitting to upcoming auditions.

Deliverables:
• A minimum of 3 fully retouched finals for each style (theatrical & commercial)
• Web and print resolutions supplied via download link
• Basic blemish cleanup, colour grading and background polish carried out in Lightroom/Photoshop
