Hi,
We are looking for an experienced developer/network engineer to develop and deploy a complete **ACS (Auto Configuration Server)** for managing our ISP customer ONT/ONU devices remotely.
The ACS should support **TR-069 / CWMP** and, where supported by devices, modern management protocols such as **TR-369 / USP**.
### Required Features
The ACS panel should allow us to:
* Auto-discover and register ONT/ONU devices
* View all connected devices from a centralized dashboard
* View device status: Online / Offline / Last Inform
* Remote ONT reboot
* Factory reset
* Modify WAN configuration
* Configure PPPoE username/password
* Configure DHCP/Static WAN settings
* Change Wi-Fi SSID
* Change Wi-Fi password
* Enable/disable Wi-Fi
* Configure 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz settings where supported
* Change LAN configuration
* Configure VLAN ID / Priority
* Configure Internet, IPTV and VoIP profiles where supported
* DNS configuration
* Remote firmware upgrade
* Push configuration to single or multiple ONTs
* Backup/restore supported configuration
* Read device parameters
* Modify writable TR-069 parameters
* Run diagnostics such as ping/traceroute where device supports it
* View WAN/Public IP
* View uptime
* View optical information such as RX/TX power where exposed by the ONT
* View connected LAN/Wi-Fi clients where supported
* Device search and filtering
* Group devices by customer, area, OLT, model, etc.
* Bulk configuration/provisioning
* Provisioning templates
* Automatic configuration when a new ONT connects
* Logs of all ACS operations
* User/admin login
* Role-based access control
* API integration capability
* HTTPS/SSL security
* Database backup
* Dashboard showing total, online and offline ONTs
### Device Support
Our primary requirement is for **Syrotech GPON ONTs**, but the ACS architecture should preferably support multiple TR-069 compatible vendors in the future.
Vendor-specific parameters should be handled through configurable device profiles/data models rather than hard-coded wherever possible.
### Deployment
The complete solution should include:
**ONT/ONU → Internet/Management Network → ACS Server → Database → Web Management Panel**
We need installation and configuration on our Linux server/VPS, including:
* ACS backend
* CWMP/TR-069 endpoint
* Database
* Web management portal
* SSL certificate
* Firewall/security configuration
* Initial Syrotech ONT integration
* Testing with actual ONTs
* Documentation
* Source code and deployment instructions
