I’m launching a new Shopify shop to sell physical products and I want the entire storefront built from the ground up with AI-powered personalized product recommendations woven into the shopping experience.

Here’s what I already have and what I still need:
• A design/theme reference: I’ll share the exact theme files, color palette, and typography guidelines I have in mind. You’ll adapt or extend it so the look and feel stay on brand while remaining fully responsive.
• Product catalogue: Initial SKU list (with images and copy) is ready for bulk import.
• AI requirement: The store should display real-time, personalized product recommendations on the home page, product pages, and cart, driven by shopper behavior and purchase history. I’m open to the underlying stack—whether you leverage Shopify’s new AI APIs, an embedded app built in Node/React, or a proven third-party recommendation engine—but it must run seamlessly inside the theme, load quickly, and require minimal monthly overhead.

Core deliverables
1. Shopify theme installation and customization to match my supplied design.
2. Product data migration and collection setup.
3. Integration and configuration of the personalized recommendation engine, including training on existing data and clear admin controls for me to tweak rules.
4. Testing across devices and browsers to confirm recommendations render correctly and checkout flow remains unaffected.
5. Quick how-to video or concise documentation so I can maintain products and monitor AI performance.

Acceptance criteria
• Site passes Shopify Performance score ≥ 50 on mobile.
• AI widgets display at the three specified touchpoints and show varied, relevant items in test scenarios.
• No visual deviations from the provided theme specs on the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
