I have a collection of uniformly formatted scanned documents that contain text-only information. Your task is to extract that text with zero transcription errors, place it into a well-structured Excel or Google Sheet, and keep the sheet continuously updated as new scans arrive.

Because every scan follows the same template, you can work methodically: verify each field, double-check spelling, and use simple formulas or data validation rules to flag anomalies. Consistent naming conventions, clear column headers, and time-stamped update notes are all part of the job.
