Accurate Text Data Entry

I have a collection of text-based records that must be transferred exactly as written into a structured digital format. Every character matters—spelling, punctuation, line breaks—so I need someone who is comfortable zooming in on the smallest details and double-checking their own work as they go.

What you’ll actually do
• Read the supplied text data (it will arrive as digital files)
• Enter each field into the template I provide—no re-phrasing, no shortcuts
• Run a quick self-audit before handing the file back so the error rate stays effectively at zero

Tools are flexible: Excel, Google Sheets or Airtable all work, as long as the final file is clean and universally readable.

Deliverable
A completed spreadsheet that mirrors the source material perfectly and is ready for immediate use in my system.
