Accurate Text Data Entry

I have a collection of paper documents—some handwritten, others printed—as well as several PDF files that all need to be turned into clean, editable text. Your task is to key the information in exactly as it appears, preserving original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks unless an obvious typo needs correcting.
Because the material is text-only (no numeric tables), I am focused on accuracy over speed; I will spot-check entries against the originals before signing off. Please feel free to rely on your preferred workflow—manual typing, OCR followed by thorough proofreading, or any mix of the two—as long as the final text is error-free.
Deliverables
• One consolidated, editable text document (Word or Google Docs is fine) containing all captured content
• A brief note summarising any ambiguities or illegible sections you encountered
I will provide high-resolution scans of the paper pages and the source PDFs once we start. Let me know your turnaround time and, if possible, share a quick sample of similar text entry you have completed so I can gauge fit.
