I have a batch of text information that must be keyed in and neatly organised. All source material will be supplied together with a simple set of naming and formatting rules so you can move straight into the work without guess-work.

Accuracy is critical—I will be spot-checking entries—so I’m counting on your eye for detail and your habit of double-checking before you submit. Clear, prompt communication throughout the project is just as important as the final file; if something is unclear, I’d rather you ask than assume.

The finished dataset should be delivered in a clean, consistent file ready for immediate use. I’m flexible on whether you prefer Excel, Google Sheets or another standard format, as long as the structure we agree on is followed precisely and the file arrives on or before the deadline we set together.
