Accurate Spreadsheet Data Entry

I have a batch of source documents that must be keyed in by hand into a spreadsheet—either Excel or Google Sheets, whichever you prefer. The records contain a mix of text labels and numerical values, so constant attention to correct cell types and formatting is essential.

My priority is accuracy: every character, digit, and decimal point needs to match the original material. Once the entry work is finished, a quick pass to verify totals, spot-check random rows, and apply simple, tidy formatting (column widths, header bolding) will round things off nicely.
