Accurate Scanned Document Typing

I will supply a series of scanned images that must be re-typed into clean, editable files. The pages include plenty of numbers as well as text, so precision is critical—every figure has to match the source exactly. A steady typing speed of 35–60 wpm is fine as long as accuracy stays high throughout.

Microsoft Word and, where tables or calculations appear, Microsoft Excel should be used so the final files mirror the original layout and can be searched, edited, and archived easily.

Deliverables
• One properly formatted Word or Excel file for each scanned page
• Correct spelling, punctuation, and—most importantly—error-free numerical data
• File names that follow the original document order for straightforward cross-checking

I will review the work by comparing it against the scans; any discrepancies in numbers or omitted content will need correction before final approval.
