Accurate Records Re-Formatting

I need every record from several online databases copied exactly as it appears into a single, clean spreadsheet. I will give you secure login details, field-by-field instructions, and a small test batch so we can be sure the layout is right before you continue with the rest.

Preferred output is Google Sheets, but if you work faster in Excel I can convert it later—accuracy comes first. Names, dates, numbers, and attached notes must match the source character for character, so an eye for detail and quiet patience with repetitive data entry are essential.

When you respond, please link to past work that proves you have handled similar projects without introducing errors; that is the only application detail I need to decide quickly.
