Accurate Podcast Transcription & Data Entry

I have a series of podcast recordings that need to be transcribed with care and consistency. The final transcript must be delivered as a PDF. Each time the floor changes, start the new line with a clear timestamp and label it simply as “Speaker 1,” “Speaker 2,” and so on—no names are required, just that differentiation.

Once the transcript is proof-read and finalized, I also need the text copied into a data-entry template I will supply so it can be archived alongside our other content.

Deliverables
• A clean, fully proofed PDF transcript following the timestamp and speaker-label rules above
• The same text entered into my provided data sheet (spreadsheet or online form)
