Accurate PDF-to-Word Conversion & Proof

I have a PDF that must become an editable Word file without losing its look and feel. Every table, chart, image, heading, and block of body text has to land in Word exactly where it sits now, styled the same way, so I can dive straight into content edits.
Beyond a straight conversion, I also need a careful proof-pass: check for OCR slips, missing characters, misaligned columns, or strangled line breaks that often sneak in when you move from Acrobat to Microsoft Word. If something can’t reproduce perfectly, flag it for me rather than forcing a rough workaround—I’d rather adjust layout than publish inaccuracies.
Deliverables
• A fully editable .docx mirroring the PDF’s layout, fonts, spacing, and hierarchy
• All tables rendered as real Word tables, formulas or footnotes intact
• Charts and images embedded at original resolution, captions preserved
• Clean, proofed text with obvious conversion errors corrected or commented
I’m ready to review as soon as you finish, so feel free to send a quick sample page early if you’d like confirmation that the formatting is on target.
