Accurate PDF-to-Excel Conversion

I have a collection of PDF files containing mixed text and numeric information that must be transferred into structured Excel workbooks so the data can be fed straight into my downstream processing routines. Your focus will be on accuracy and faithful layout replication rather than analysis or reporting.

For each PDF you will:
• Extract every field and line item, preserving spelling, punctuation, and numerical precision (no rounding).
• Organise the content into clearly labelled columns and, where relevant, separate sheets to mirror logical sections of the source document.
• Keep number formats (dates, currency, percentages) native to Excel so formulas recognise them instantly.
• Flag any illegible or ambiguous entries in a dedicated “Issues” sheet.

Acceptance criteria
1. Zero missing records—row counts between PDF and Excel must match.
2. Numeric totals from sample cross-checks reconcile 100 %.
3. File naming follows the pattern I will share (e.g., 2024_Q2_InvoiceSummary.xlsx).

Please mention the tools you plan to use (Power Query, Adobe, Python tabula, etc.) and give an estimated turnaround time per file in your proposal. Good communication and a willingness to refine the layout after initial review are essential; I aim for a smooth hand-off to my analytics pipeline.
