Accurate PDF Text Data Entry

I have a set of printed documents saved as PDFs that I need converted into fully editable text. Every word, line break, heading, and basic emphasis that appears in the original must be reflected exactly in the final file—I am following the source layout rather than a new template, so careful attention to spacing and paragraph structure is essential.

You may use the data-entry tool of your choice (Word, Google Docs, OCR followed by manual proofreading, etc.), but the final text must be human-verified for accuracy before you deliver it. Typos, dropped words, or rearranged formatting will be considered incomplete.

Deliverables
• One clean, editable text file for each PDF supplied, matching the original layout.
• A brief completion note confirming you have double-checked accuracy.

Acceptance criteria
The job is complete when every PDF has a corresponding text file that can be overlaid on the original without visible differences in wording or basic structure.
