Accurate Page retyping Needed

I have a set of printed pages that need to be retyped. Although the final delivery will be a plain-text file, the original structure—headings, lists, and any other visible formatting cues—must still be reflected as faithfully as possible. Think of it as reproducing the document’s hierarchy in text form so someone reading the file can clearly see where titles, sub-titles, bullet points, or numbered sections begin and end.

The job is straightforward: type every word exactly as it appears, proof your work for typos, and apply simple markup (for example, uppercase for headings or asterisks/dashes for lists) to mirror the layout. Consistency and zero transcription errors are critical; I will cross-check against the originals.
