Accurate Image-to-Excel Entry

I have a batch of scanned images that show individual names alongside their phone numbers and email addresses. Your task is to transcribe those details into the Excel template I supply, keeping the data perfectly aligned with its matching columns: Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.

Quality is my priority. Every record needs to be entered exactly as it appears in the image, with consistent formatting (e.g., no extra spaces, standard phone number punctuation). Where a detail is smudged or unreadable, simply leave the cell blank and highlight it yellow so I can review it later.

Deliverables
• A completed Excel file containing every legible name, phone number, and email address from the provided images
• A short “issues” tab noting any files you could not process or that contained unclear data
