Accurate Hindi Notes Typing

I have a stack of handwritten notes written almost entirely in Hindi that I need converted into a clean, editable digital document. The job is straightforward: carefully read each page, type the text exactly as written (using proper Unicode Hindi font so it can be searched and edited later), and keep the original layout—headings, sub-points, and any occasional English terms—intact.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but I do want the final file back within the next four weeks. I’m happy with either Microsoft Word or Google Docs as the final format, as long as the text is fully editable and correctly formatted.
