I’m looking for help transferring mixed data―both numbers and text―from digital files (mostly PDFs and Word documents) into well-structured Microsoft Excel sheets. After each import I need the information organised logically, errors double-checked, and the worksheets given a light, consistent formatting so they’re presentation-ready.

The content covers general business data and documents rather than a single niche set, so column headers, tab grouping, and any basic formulas you feel will keep everything clear are welcome. I will supply all source files up front along with a simple naming convention for the workbooks; your job is to ensure every value arrives in the right cell, nothing is duplicated or missed, and the finished file looks tidy.

Deliverable: one clean, fully-populated Excel workbook (or multiple sheets if that proves more efficient), returned to me in .xlsx format.
