Accurate Ecommerce Data Entry & VA

Keeping the online catalogue accurate and the inbox organised is a daily priority. The store runs on a custom setup managed entirely through Freelancer’s workspace rather than Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon, so every task is handled inside that environment.

Core work centres on precise online form filling: entering new products, updating prices, stock levels, and basic details, then double-checking that each listing publishes correctly. Alongside the data entry you will curate titles, descriptions, and images so everything stays consistent and customer-ready.

Email management is the second stream of work. Incoming messages need to be filtered, urgent items highlighted, spam cleared, and template replies drafted so that no customer waits more than 24 hours for a response.

Deliverables
• Online forms completed with 100 % of required fields and no copy-paste errors
• Live product listings reflecting the latest stock, price, and description information
• Tidy inbox with priority emails flagged and drafts prepared
• End-of-day report summarising completed items, questions, and blockers

Acceptance criteria
• Zero missing or incorrect data points across submitted forms
• All listings display correctly, including images and variants
• Inbox response time kept below 24 hours
• Tasks delivered by the agreed daily cut-off time

Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to stick to deadlines are essential. Familiarity with Google Sheets, basic image-resizing tools, and Gmail filters will make the workflow smoother from day one.
