Job Title: Payroll Specialist Needed to Complete 19 Months of Backlogged Pay Stubs

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with completing approximately 17 months of backlogged pay stubs for our business.

Responsibilities:

* Review and organize historical payroll information.
* Prepare accurate pay stubs for the past 19 months using payroll records provided.
* Calculate gross pay, deductions, and net pay based on available records.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy across all pay periods.
* Organize completed pay stubs by employee and date.
* Identify any missing information or discrepancies requiring clarification.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or accounting.
* Familiarity with U.S. payroll calculations and deductions.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle confidential financial information.

Project Expectations:

This is a one-time project. We are looking for someone who can complete the work accurately, efficiently, and within an agreed-upon timeline.
