Accurate Data Transfer to Spreadsheet

I have a moderate stack of Word documents that need to be distilled into one tidy spreadsheet, and I want every character, number, bold heading, table and bullet point to appear exactly as it does in the originals. Because I work primarily in Excel, that will be the shared workspace for this project.

Accuracy is my top priority: no stray spaces, no dropped zeros, no formatting lost along the way. If something is bold in the source, it should be bold in the sheet; if it sits inside a table, the table structure should come across just as cleanly. I would rather wait an extra day for meticulous work than rush through and risk errors, so please feel free to take the time you need to double-check.

Deliverable:
• One complete, well-organised Excel file that mirrors the content and formatting of every supplied Word document.

Before I award the project, send a short message that covers:
1. Your estimated turnaround time for the entire batch.
2. The specific method you use to verify data accuracy (spot-checks, formula cross-references, peer review, etc.).
