Accurate Archicad As-Built Office Model

I have already completed a full site measure of an office and now need those notes translated into a precise Archicad file. I have photos and a video of the office for reference

Scope
• draw and model all walls, columns, doors, windows and ceiling heights from my measurements.
• Include the built-in joinery that remains in place (reception desk, kitchen units, fixed storage). Loose furniture and décor can be ignored.
• Keep layers, pens and composites tidy so the file is easy for me to edit later.

Deliverables
1. Archicad PLN (or PLA) containing the full model.
2. PDF floor plan at 1 : 100 ready for printing.
3. IFC export of the model for reference.

Acceptance
– Floor-to-floor and grid dimensions must match my survey within ±5 mm.
– Model opens in Archicad 26 without missing libraries.
– Joinery families placed at correct coordinates and heights.
