Paid only on money actually collected — no open hourly
Swift Holdings is a Tennessee revenue recovery startup, pilot 1 with 1 HVAC / plumbing / electrical contractor. Manual first, no software to build yet.
What you'll do:
1. Get the business owner's written yes first, then get their export — spreadsheet / PDF of jobs, estimates, invoices, payments. No passwords, no logging into their systems.
2. Sort 50-100 records into: missed calls, stale estimates, overdue payments, dead follow-ups. That sorted sheet IS the billing-leakage audit.
3. Follow up with the business's own payment link, using a Caleb-approved script, with opt-out. Professional tone — preserve the client relationship, like Watchtower says.
4. Track contacted / replied / booked / paid in a Google Sheet. Business confirms payment, then you get paid.
What you will NOT do:
No cold B2B selling, no Google Business Profile fixes, no healthcare, no legal advice, no handling customer money, no Pine / Malik coding.
Pay:
Paid only on money actually collected, or a small flat pilot fee — tell me your % in your bid. No hourly, no upfront retainer, no auto-pay.
To apply, answer these 3:
1. Have you recovered B2B receivables before? Give one example, no client names needed.
2. What % on collected would you take, or what flat pilot fee?
3. Are you US-based, and what hours / days can you call in Central Time?
