The firm partners with small and mid-sized U.S. businesses, helping owners make better financial decisions through accurate accounting, insightful reporting, and operational excellence.
This is a high-ownership, client-facing accounting role for someone who can confidently manage multiple U.S.-based clients simultaneously.

You’ll own core accounting processes while working directly with business owners and company leadership.
What You’ll Own
Multi-Client Accounting & Month-End Close
Own month-end close across multiple U.S.-based client accounts
Prepare and review financial statements and supporting workpapers
Manage:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
General Ledger (GL)
Reconciliations
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
Ensure accounting deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Apply U.S. GAAP across client financial reporting
Payroll & U.S. Sales Tax Compliance
Process payroll accurately across client accounts
Manage employee onboarding within payroll systems
Prepare and submit U.S. state sales tax filings
Track client-specific compliance requirements and deadlines
Maintain accurate supporting documentation
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Build custom financial reports and dashboards for business owners
Analyze financial performance and identify:
Trends
Risks
Variances
Opportunities

Cash flow planning
Translate accounting and financial data into clear, actionable insights
Confidently explain financial performance to non-financial business owners
Process Improvement
Document accounting processes, workflows, and procedures

Improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across accounting operations
Support stronger financial controls and reporting processes
Client & Founder Collaboration
Serve as a trusted accounting partner to U.S. business owners
Participate in regular check-ins with company leadership
Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outstanding items proactively
Manage competing client deadlines independently
Take ownership of problems through resolution

Requirements – Must Have
Accounting Experience
5–10 years of accounting and finance experience
Experience managing accounting for multiple U.S.-based clients simultaneously
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
Experience with:
Month-end close
Financial reporting
AP and AR
General Ledger
Payroll
U.S. state sales tax
Experience supporting U.S. business owners in a client-facing capacity
Industry Experience
Strong preference for candidates who have supported businesses in:
