What You'll Do
Take and make phone calls with customers. (Outbound and Inbound)
Listen to someone’s situation and figure out what they can realistically afford.
Walk them through their options and set up a plan that works.
Document conversations accurately.
Follow the consumer-protection rules that govern this work — a major focus of your first four weeks, and we train you on all of it.
Work on camera for your entire shift
Some calls are easy. Some are hard. The people who do well here stay steady either way.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED.
You can hold a clear, confident conversation with a stranger.
Comfortable with basic math — mostly percentages.
Reliable high-speed internet.
Fluent in Spanish?That’s a plus!
