Job Summary
An Account Executive defines superior service to brokers and all internal customers. You understand that this is more than just having and managing a book of business. You will achieve both the sales goals and service levels of the organization by developing and maintaining strong partnerships and always striving to exceed expectations.
Duties/Responsibilities

Seek and connect with new broker partners in assigned territory with set metrics and goals
Cultivate relationships and maintain long-term partnerships through face-to-face visits and constant touch point engagements
Educate brokers on our value proposition and why ResiCentral is changing the mortgage industry
Bring on your existing brokers and ensure they are properly trained
Provide best-in-class client service through friendly, professional, and responsive communication with both internal and external customers
Monitor your accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes
Required Skills/Abilities
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive (required)
Proven ability to source, develop, and grow broker relationships
Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High initiative and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get deals across the finish line
