Accordion Pamphlet Print-Ready PDF (Company Brochure)

I already have the full artwork and a set of illustrations that show the exact panel sizes and the step-fold sequence. What I need now is a true print-grade document that any commercial press can run without additional setup.

The job is straightforward:
• build the file at the dimensions shown in my sketches, laid out as an accordion (step) fold in the correct panel order;
• set up a 3 mm bleed on every edge and keep all critical content inside a safe margin;
• convert all colours and linked images to CMYK;
• embed or outline fonts as appropriate;
• export the final piece as a high-resolution PDF ready for offset or digital print;
• include clear fold and trim guides on a separate layer;
• specify “Matte finish” in the notes so the printer knows my preference.

Acceptance criteria
The PDF must open error-free in Adobe Acrobat, Pre-flight with no colour or font warnings, and show perfect alignment when I print a test proof on A4/A3 and fold it.
