• Note tone, speed of response, and any upsell or special offer the property proposes.
• Compile the findings in a concise spreadsheet and add a short narrative summary of the communication style you observed.

Clear written English, reliable internet, and solid attention to detail are essential because I will use this material to benchmark service quality.
