I need a full set of construction-ready drawings for a detached accessory dwelling unit that will serve as a true ADU—an independent residential living space on my property. The target size is 990 sq ft and the layout should include exactly one bedroom alongside a bathroom, kitchen, and open living area and gym 330 sq feet of total sq footage.
Please turn my rough sketches and site information into professional architectural and structural plans that a city reviewer can approve without multiple revisions. Your package should cover code-compliant floor plans, elevations, roof framing, electrical and plumbing layouts, door-window schedules, and a site plan showing setbacks and utility tie-ins. I’ll provide the survey and any jurisdictional checklists once we start.
Use whichever CAD/BIM platform you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD are all fine—as long as you deliver both PDF sheets for permitting and the editable source files. Accuracy, clarity, and adherence to current local codes will be the key acceptance criteria.
