I have a set of scanned pages containing printed academic material that I need converted into an editable Microsoft Word document. Accuracy is the priority—every word, heading, table, equation, and reference must match the original scan.

Once transcribed, the file has to follow my custom formatting rules for research papers: specific heading levels, one-inch margins, double spacing for the main text, single spacing for block quotations, and automatically numbered footnotes. I will supply a short style guide and an example file so you can mirror fonts, indentations, and citation layout.

Deliverables
• Word document with flawless transcription of all printed text
• Applied custom academic formatting exactly as in the provided guide
• Spot-checked proofing to remove any OCR or typing errors

I will share the scans and style guide as soon as we start; most are clean, high-resolution images, so you can work with your preferred tools—OCR, Word, LaTeX, or manual typing—so long as the final output is a fully editable .docx file adhering to the formatting specs.
