Publish My Research Paper in a Scopus-Indexed Civil Engineering Journal

I have a completed research paper titled:

**“Developing a Supply Chain Management Delay Assessment Framework for Residential Construction Projects: Evidence from Literature, Site Investigations, and Preliminary Validation”**

I am looking for an experienced academic publication specialist who can **take responsibility for the complete journal publication process**, from selecting a suitable journal through submission, revisions, and final publication.

Publication Requirements

* The journal must be **specifically related to Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a closely related engineering field**.
* **Scopus-indexed journals are preferred.**
* **Q3 or Q4 journals are completely acceptable.**
* Q1/Q2 is not required.
* The journal must be legitimate, peer-reviewed, and currently indexed.
* **Target: publication within 1–2 months maximum**, if a legitimate journal with an appropriate timeline is available.
* Fast-track or special-issue opportunities may be considered if they are legitimate and appropriate for the paper.
* Predatory or questionable journals are not acceptable.

What I Need From You

I am looking for someone who can:

2. Confirm the journal's current Scopus status, quartile, scope, APC, and expected publication timeline.
3. Prepare the manuscript according to the journal's requirements.
4. **Submit the manuscript on my behalf / assist me throughout the submission process.**
5. Communicate and coordinate regarding editorial or reviewer requirements.
6. Assist with revisions and preparation of responses to reviewers.
7. Continue supporting the manuscript until the paper reaches **final publication**.

I am **not looking only for journal recommendations or manuscript editing**.

I want a freelancer who can **actively manage the publication process and work toward getting the paper published in a suitable legitimate journal**.

I understand that legitimate journals cannot guarantee acceptance, so I am not asking for a fake “guaranteed publication.” However, the selected journal should have a **realistic possibility of completing the review and publication process within approximately 1–2 months**.
