Ableton Studio Gear Setup

I need an experienced audio engineer to walk me through, in real time over a Zoom call, the full integration of my MIDI controllers and synthesizers with Ableton Live. The hardware powers up, but Ableton is not seeing the devices correctly, so our main challenge is software integration—installing or updating drivers, choosing the right control surface script, and getting MIDI ports assigned so every knob, fader, and pad reacts as expected.

During the same session I’d also like to tidy up my mixing-console routing: setting proper inputs/outputs, gain-staging, and creating a template in Ableton that mirrors the console layout. No monitor calibration is needed; the focus is purely on the console itself.

Deliverables (we can tick these off together as we go):
• All MIDI controllers and synths recognised in Ableton’s Preferences with functional mappings
• Working MIDI sync between devices, tested with a quick record-arm check
• Console inputs and busses correctly routed and saved as an Ableton template
• A brief recap document or screen-recording of the steps we took, so I can replicate the process later
