Ableton Live 12 Setup Coaching

I’m comfortable with the basics of Ableton, but I keep losing time every session because my audio tracks never seem to be routed, armed, and gain-staged the way I want when I’m recording live instruments. I’d like you to jump on a call (voice-chat with optional screen-share) and walk me through a repeatable, fool-proof method for setting up audio tracks in Ableton Live 12.
