ABDM Hospital Management Software

I want to commission a full-featured hospital management system that natively integrates with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) stack. The application must streamline day-to-day operations for Out-Patient, In-Patient and Emergency departments while guaranteeing smooth data exchange with ABDM services such as Health ID creation, HIP/HIE-CM consent flows and e-prescriptions.

Core modules I need:
• Patient management covering registration, OPD/IPD admissions, discharge summaries and encounter history that can be shared via ABDM.
• Inventory management for pharmacy and medical supplies with real-time stock, expiry and reorder alerts.
• Billing & accounting that supports cashless, insurance and government scheme workflows, generates GST-compliant invoices and posts to a simple ledger.

Role-based access must follow an intermediate model: Admin, Doctor, Nurse and Receptionist each see just the screens and actions they require—nothing more.

Key expectations
• Web-based interface optimised for desktop and tablet use inside the hospital.
• Secure REST/FHIR APIs for ABDM interoperability, with patient data encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Audit logs for every clinical and financial transaction.
• Clear documentation, schema diagrams and a short video walkthrough so my internal IT staff can maintain the system after hand-over.

Acceptance will be based on a live demo on our staging server where I can:
1. Create an ABHA ID for a test patient, admit them through the Emergency desk and push the encounter to the ABDM sandbox.
2. Dispense medication and automatically decrement stock.
3. Generate an itemised bill, settle it and view the corresponding ledger entry.
4. Log in as each role to confirm permissions are enforced.
