I need a full ABAQUS model that reproduces the structural behaviour of a short-slab concrete pavement under dynamic traffic loading. The core goal is to capture how the slab carries and transfers load so I can clearly see stress distributions, total and incremental displacements, and any crack initiation or propagation patterns across the slab thickness and joints.

You will build the finite-element model from the ground up—material definition, mesh strategy, contact between slab, base and subgrade, and the moving or time-varying load that represents vehicle wheel pressure. Please keep the model as lean as possible without sacrificing accuracy; I want run times to stay reasonable on a workstation-class PC.

Deliverables
• ABAQUS *.cae and *.inp files, fully parametric
• A short PDF summarising: boundary conditions, element types, material parameters, and verification checks you performed
• Post-processing output: contour plots of stress, displacement fields, and crack pattern/SDV visualisation (screenshots + the ODB so I can inspect myself)
• Brief recommendations on mesh sensitivity or further studies

Acceptance criteria
– Dynamic loading scenario replicates my input axle load magnitude and speed
– Result plots clearly show von Mises stress, vertical displacement, and crack status at critical time steps
– Model opens and runs in ABAQUS 2020 or later without errors or unassigned variables

If you have prior examples of pavement, runway, or slab FEM work, feel free to mention them so I can gauge fit quickly.
