A4 Farmhouse Brochure Design

I want an elegant, farmhouse-style brochure that I can send out as a high-resolution PDF and also hand to clients as a professionally printed piece. Everything must be laid out for A4, with print-ready bleed and a separate web-optimised file.

Content to weave through the design:
• Property features & amenities, highlighted with inviting visuals
• Clear pricing plus any financing options we provide
• A quick-glance section on the location and nearby attractions to spark interest

Imagery is already on hand; I’ll transfer them once the project begins. Feel free to lean on Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or similar tools so I can make small edits later if needed.

Deliverables
1. Editable source file (INDD, AI or PSD)
2. Print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks
3. Web-friendly PDF under 10 MB
4. A brief style sheet outlining fonts and colours for future updates

The layout should be consistent with our current real-estate branding yet fresh enough to stand out in a stack of listings. I’ll consider the job complete when the files pass a quick test print and the text remains crisp on-screen.
