a single-channel pulse-echo A-scan ultrasound

We are developing a single-channel pulse-echo A-scan ultrasound prototype using a 7.5 MHz single-element transducer. The initial scope is limited to ultrasound signal acquisition and data reception using Digilent Analog Discovery 3, with the received RF/echo data captured and transferred to a PC. The freelancer will develop the required interface/software in MATLAB or Python to trigger/control the acquisition, receive and save the raw ultrasound data, and display the acquired A-scan waveform for further processing.
