A-line Party Dress Pattern

I'm looking for a skilled pattern maker to create a dress pattern for a 1950s Elvis style dress. The dress should be designed specifically for cotton fabric.

Requirements:
- Experience in creating dress patterns, especially A-line styles.
- Proficiency in working with cotton fabric.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements. Sizing from AUS 8 to AUS 18.
