[8GT] Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs

Lead technical delivery across engineering workstreams, ensuring code quality and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features end-to-end

Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews

Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production reliability

Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks

Requirements

8+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go)

Experience with AWS cloud-native services (Lambda, S3, SQS, CDK, DynamoDB, Step Functions)

Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems

Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies

Excellent English communication skills

Experience in Tech Lead or senior leadership capacity

Nice to Have

Experience in media, ad tech, or data-heavy platforms

Familiarity with Snowflake, Kinesis, or data pipeline tooling

Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures
