800mm Outdoor Conveyor Design

I need a complete mechanical design package for four identical 800 mm-wide belt conveyors that will carry bulk materials in an outdoor setting. I will supply the full layout and dimensional data; your task is to turn those numbers into ready-for-fabrication documents.

Because these units will be exposed to the elements and loaded with bulk product, reliability and maintainability are critical. All three idler styles—troughing, return and impact—must be incorporated, along with properly sized pulleys, a robust take-up arrangement, and a drive system that aligns the motor, gearbox and coupling without shimming on site. The steel structure, galleries or trestles should be checked for deflection and vibration against standard limits.

Deliverables I expect:
• Detailed 3D models (STEP or SolidWorks) and 2D GA drawings (DWG) of the conveyor, steelwork and drive base
• Pulley, idler and roller frame drawings with material specs and weld details
• Motor-gearbox selection sheet, torque and power calculations, and alignment plan
• Belt tension, take-up and shaft sizing calculations (CEMA/ISO format)
• Bill of materials with weight summary for fabrication and transport

I’m fine with whichever design tools you prefer—SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD or similar—as long as the final files are fully editable and dimensionally accurate.
