8-Page Site + Instagram Feed -- 2

I need a responsive website built for my small business, roughly eight to ten pages, whose core job is to present our services clearly and attractively. The site must load quickly on mobile and desktop, follow basic SEO best-practice, and be easy for me to update later.

Scope of pages
Please include every section I’ve listed:

Instagram integration
Connect the site to my existing Instagram account so the latest posts appear automatically on the gallery area and, if possible, repeat as a small feed in the footer. Visitors should not have to leave the site to view them.

Look & feel
Modern, clean, and consistent with the visual style already on my Instagram grid. Use colours, fonts, and any other design cues you see there so the brand feels seamless.

What I expect as deliverables
1. Fully functional site published on my hosting (I’ll supply credentials).
2. CMS login for future edits.
3. Embedded Instagram feed pulling in new posts automatically.
4. Basic on-page SEO (title tags, meta descriptions, alt text on images).
5. A brief hand-off document or video showing me how to update text, photos, and FAQ entries.
