I’m reimagining a compact 65 m² apartment and need a full SketchUp model that captures a refined mid-century aesthetic with clearly luxurious touches. The layout includes an open-plan living room and kitchen, one bedroom, a balcony that will be enclosed and repurposed as an additional room, a shower, separate toilet, storage room, and entrance hall.

I can provide the basic floor plan as a SketchUp file to give you exact walls, openings, and dimensions. From there, I’d like you to develop the entire space in detail—furnishings, built-ins, lighting and surface finishes—so every room reads cohesively. Rich wood tones, tasteful metal or glass accents, and any complementary materials that elevate the mid-century vibe should drive the palette.

Because every area is equally important, please allocate the same level of care to the living-kitchen zone, the bedroom, the new balcony room, and the wet areas. Where helpful, add sectional views or exploded details so I can see cabinetry, storage solutions, and ceiling treatments.
