to take sreenshots Contacts page, Import CSV screen, Campaign page, Calls page with one call open, Appointments page. (If any are missing, recreate that screen in Canva using the same layout, colours, and fonts as https://aileadcaller.com.)
FREE TOOLS
Microsoft Clipchamp (free, no watermark): editing, AI voices, auto-captions, export.
Canva free plan: animate the screenshots (zoom, cursor, click highlight), build title cards. Free elements only.
Pexels.com: one clip for scene 7.
HOW TO ANIMATE THE DASHBOARD WITH AI (scenes 3–6)
Do not film anything. For each screenshot:
Import the screenshot into Canva as a full-frame image.
Add a small cursor arrow element and use Canva's Animate → "Rise" or "Pan" so it moves to the button being "clicked."
Add a light-blue circle that pulses on the button (Animate → "Pulse").
Apply a slow 3% zoom-in over the scene (Magic Animate or Ken Burns effect).
Export each scene as a 6–10 second MP4 and drop into Clipchamp.
This looks like a real screen recording and uses the real product.
HOW TO CREATE THE AI CALL (scene 2)
Use two different Clipchamp AI voices. Voice A = the AI agent (warm, female or male, calm). Voice B = the lead (casual, slightly surprised). Generate each line separately, then place them in order with 0.5-second gaps so it sounds like a phone call. Add a faint phone-line filter (lower the highs slightly) and a ring tone at the start (Clipchamp sound library). Caption every word.
SAMPLE CALL SCRIPT (about 22 seconds)
[Ring… ring… pickup]
Lead: "Hello?"
AI: "Hi, is this Sarah? This is Jordan, an AI assistant calling on behalf of Maple Realty. You reached out a while back about homes in Oakville. Is this a good time for a quick minute?"
Lead: "Oh, sure. Yeah, we're still looking, actually."
AI: "Great to hear. Are you still thinking three bedrooms, around the same budget?"
Lead: "Yeah, maybe a bit higher now."
AI: "Perfect. I'll have Maple Realty follow up with a few options. Would Tuesday at 10 or Wednesday at 2 work for a quick call?"
Lead: "Wednesday at 2 works."
AI: "Booked. You'll get a calendar invite shortly. Thanks, Sarah."
Note: use made-up names only. Show "Sample conversation" in the top corner for the whole scene.
